The quality and selection of items is excellent and the staff prove to be professional, efficient and thoughtful. I highly recommend the "White Glove Service" as the items are well packed & having delivery include packaging removal is very helpful. Overall I give this company a 10!

We have several rustic Chinese pieces and decided that we wanted another piece that was at least 108" long. Fortunately China Furniture and Arts comes up immediately with an online Google search and their website is easy to navigate and the pictures are good quality. They had a couple of lovely pieces that would work and Lili Chou was very informative about each one. The entire process with them was very professional. The order was done quickly. The buffet was carefully packaged and put on a crate and delivered to my driveway where I had guys waiting to uncrate the piece and move it into the house. White glove service was available, but it worked just as easily for me to take care of unpacking. The buffet is absolutely gorgeous! The wood is clearly old and of very high quality and since we wanted rustic it's perfect! The interior is finished beautifully and the door panel paintings are gorgeous. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was and I know we will enjoy this piece for years to come.

The furniture is beautiful! Exactly as pictured and honestly the picture of the bench doesn't do it justice, far exceeded my expectations. Here are pictures of the media cabinet with the dragon on top, the shoe bench and the ginger pot. I couldn't be more pleased, now I'm looking forward to receiving my 3' foo dogs/lions!

Our first purchase from China F&A was a screen. It looked lovely on line (zoomed in the best I could), but when I received it, I was in awe! It's perfect. Beautiful artwork and high-quality.
Our second purchase was the large gong! My husband has been wanting one for a long time. We had a need for something in the corner of our living room, and the gong made perfect sense! It's beautiful and high-quality!

These tables are beautiful and flawless. They are a bit smaller than the usual nest of tables, but each one is a work of art. I am so pleased!!! Hi Miko - We are delighted with our lovely new rosewood table.
It came within the time-line quoted, & your staff kept us appraised of it's status from order to delivery.
Your staff is conscientious & helpful, & delivery & set-up in our house went smoothly.
Table is exactly as described & we like that the clear rubber stoppers to hold up the glass top

I am so blown away with the quality of this piece!! So much more than expected... I love coming home and this is the first thing I see while entering the apartment. It makes me feel so happy. This is absolutely and heirloom piece, and will go to my daughter when the time is right.
I was also very impressed with the packaging. Bubble wrapped, cardboard box, shrink wrapped, styrofoam outside of that, and then a crate to protect all of that! Not a single blemish in the perfect staining, or hinge binding. The drawers and door open perfectly.

My only bit of sadness, is that my apartment is too small for me to get more pieces!

Thank you for the most user friendly purchase of incredible furniture I have ever experienced. I have small cards with your website in the drawer to give to friends who ask where I bought this.
