We have the largest variety of selections. From complete room settings to fine collectable accessories, we constantly inventory more than 4,000 items and over 2,500 of them are available online. We can also custom design to meet your unique needs.

Where do you get your merchandise?
All of our merchandise is imported directly from factories in Asia to our warehouse. We have 4 contracted wooden furniture factories in China and more than 20 top suppliers in their lines working directly with us.

How do I place an order?
You may place an order online or call us Toll Free at 1-888-786-6888. When you call, please have the Part No. ready to expedite the process. Our staff will walk you through the ordering process or place the order for you.

Do you take custom orders?
With over 50 years of professional hands-on experience and our own factory operations, custom design is our specialty. Please feel free to  contact us about your ideas. Our experienced designing team will assist you to complete your project from scratch.

Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the Continental U.S.?
Shipping rates to areas outside of the continental US fluctuate. Please  contact us for the most updated rates and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How much is the Shipping & Handling?
All items are available with FREE Standard Curbside Shipping to the 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Shipping to restricted areas, such as outside continental US, areas accessible only by ferry or airplane, etc. are subject to additional charges. Please contact us for a rate quote for delivery to these areas.

We also offer Threshold and White Glove delivery for extra fees. You may add the preferred service at checkout.

How much is the Sales Tax?
Sales tax for Illinois residents is 7.5%. There is no applicable sales tax for non-Illinois residents.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my purchase?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Novus/Discover, American Express, PayPal, Wire Transfer and Checks.

How do I know if the item is in stock?
Most of our online items are stocked in our warehouse. You will receive an email to confirm the availability and shipping time within 1 business day of your order. You may also contact one of our representatives at 1-888-786-6888 to inquire if a particular item is in stock.

How is my order shipped?
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our warehouse to avoid damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.

Most small packages are shipped via. FedEx or USPS. In most cases, a signature is required for the delivery. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees. Please  contact us for expedited shipping rates to your area.

Large furniture and over-sized packages will be handled by motor freight companies. Each item is crated and transported on skid(s) and delivered to your curbside. You will receive a call from the third party trucking company to make delivery arrangements within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery and pickup by freight companies are made during local normal business hours (excluding holidays). Kindly note that ChinaFurnitureOnline.com contracts only with reliable freight companies over which we have limited control and are not liable for arrangements made between customers and the third party freight company. Rescheduling or missing appointments may result in delays and fees for which we will not be responsible.

Please  contact us for a rate quote if special service such as Global Shipping, Expedited Shipping, etc. is needed.

How soon can I get my order?
We usually ship in stock items within 3-5 business days after the order/payment is confirmed. Large in-stock items may require additional time to inspect and crate. For regular curbside shipping method, items will be delivered 4-7 business days after it leaves our warehouse, depending on destination and carrier.

Expedited shipping is available for additional fees. Please  contact us if your order is time sensitive and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with the online tracking information when the order is shipped.

How do you handle multiple-item order?
We usually ship in-stock items first if not everything on the order is in stock. For your convenience, we group your items into as few shipments as possible. You may address your preference when we send you the email to confirm availability/ship date.

What if the item I receive is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item was shipped to you by motor freight, please inspect the package for visible damage before the carrier leaves. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please mark on the Proof of Delivery (delivery receipt) "damaged" before signing. We may not be able to process a damage claim without the Proof of Delivery marked "damaged".

In an unlikely event that damaged items are received via FedEx/USPS please take pictures of the damage and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 3 days of receipt. Our customer service team will notify you regarding solutions
If you believe you have received an incorrect item or damaged item, please keep all the original packing materials (including pallets, crates, etc.) and call us at 1-888-786-6888 or email us at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Our customer service team will assist you in handling and replacing your damaged item.

All damaged merchandise claims must be filed with our Customer Service department within three days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to re-ship, repair, or fully refund any piece of merchandise. It will be at our discretion to have a professional furniture medic inspect the damaged merchandise to determine whether the item in question will be repaired or returned. In the case of damage returns, the refund process will begin after the damaged merchandise is received at our warehouse.

What is your return policy?
30 Days Money Back
Take an entire month to live with your purchase to decide if it's right for you. All ChinaFurnitureOnline.com orders may be returned for a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days after the order is delivered. To return an item, simply  contact us to obtain a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be processed.

We cannot accept returns for custom/special ordered merchandise.

How do I make a return?
ChinaFurnitureOnline.com must approve all returns with a RMA number. Simply  contact us to obtain a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be processed.

Returns must be made within 30 days after the order is delivered and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns without the RMA number and not in original condition and original packaging will not be processed or will be assessed an additional fee at our discretion. Please note, the items must be returned within 15 business days upon issuance of the RMA number.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds for returned merchandise will be equal to the cost of the merchandise returned less the original shipping charge and restocking fee. Refunds will be issued if and after the returned merchandise arrives at our warehouse undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.

Deposits for custom/special orders are non-refundable. Purchases of eGift Cards are non-refundable. In the event that a return is issued for a puchase made using an eGift card, the refund for that return will be issued back to the eGift card that was used to make that purchase.

What is your privacy statement?
Any information collected by ChinaFurnitureOnline.com is never sold, rented, loaned, or the like, to any third party for any reason. We may occasionally send out business related news using the data we collect, but you may unsubscribe at any time.

Is the information I give you secure?
At ChinaFurnitureOnline.com, our customers' security and privacy is our number one priority. Our secure server software (SSL) is among the best technology available today. It encrypts (scrambles in code) all personal data you share with us, including your credit card and telephone numbers, name and address. We do not share our customers' data in anyway with any other parties unless we encounter technical difficulties and such shared data will be discarded immediately after the issue is resolved.
