Dear China Furniture & Arts, My recent interaction with your company and purchase of the Tibetan jewelry armoire and the Chinese jewelry chest greatly exceeded my expectations in all areas. I was nervous about purchasing from an online source without being able to see the products in person as well as expecting no personal interaction from a "big company." To start with I was very surprised when my questions by email where answered the same day with not one, but two, phone calls from the sales representative. Then I received a photo of the packaged for shipment products. That was great for being able to show my children a photo of their "graduation presents!" It kept them guessing! I received the shipment in the estimated time of arrival. I was able to go to the trucking company to pick up the package. In order to fit it in my convertible, we had to unwrap it down the the individual product boxes. My goodness, I have NEVER seen a shipment of anything that was packaged as well as this one! Your company definitely knows how to protect the items for shipment! We had to remove multiple layers of wrapping, strapping and cardboard (and a wooden pallet) just to get to the actual boxes! When I unloaded at home and continued to unwrap, there was yet more protective packaging within the boxes and even a piece of chip board at the bottom of the armoire box for support and protection! There was very little chance of anything hurting the contents during travel. Then I opened the boxes and saw the items....they were beautiful beyond my wildest dreams! The quality and workmanship of the items are incredible. I have to say I was expecting something of lower quality. It took two of us to carry the armoire upstairs it was so heavy. The artwork on both pieces is incredible. Both items are very solidly and well built. They will both be heirloom pieces for my children to pass on to their children for many generations to come. I know I will be ordering from China Furniture & Arts again because I know I can trust I will receive personal service and incredible quality in anything I order.
