I just received my 13.5" wooden stand for a fish bowl which will become a coffee table. I am very pleased with the product, it is solid wood and stained a beautiful color. My 60# porcelain bowl sits beautifully in it. The packaging prevented any damage, and the delivery time was quicker than I anticipated. It's difficult to know what to expect when choosing a product and vendor online, but my high expectations were met and even exceeded. Thank you for a great retail experience!

I want to provide very positive feedback on my purchasing experience with China Furniture & Art as well as on the product I ordered. First, the customer service provided by China Furniture & Art was by far the best I have had recently. Care was taken to ensure I was ordering the proper item, that it would meet my needs and that I understood shipping arrival terms and conditions. Also, customer service followed up after placing the order to ensure I approve the order as taken and all was correct. Lastly, a 3rd call from the company verified how and where I wanted the holes cut in the back of the cabinet to accommodate media cords. When I received the Ming Cabinet, it was packaged extremely well to ensure no damage during shipping. Company even sent pictures of the wrapped cabinet, as it was packaged, prior to shipping so I could compare the condition of the shipment once received. Overall, I found China Furniture & Arts to be a conscientious, customer focused company who delivers a product that is exactly as was depicted on-line, with especially good service. I would order from this company again without hesitation.

I am very pleased with my purchase of two Ming style chairs.Not only are the chairs beautiful but also very well constructed.I am 6ft and 262 lbs and feel very secure dropping down into one of these chairs.The full back support provided by the bent wood back piece goes a long way toward making this the most comfortable wood chair I have ever sat in.Thank you so much for the excellent packing job.They were protected on top enough to allow the freight lines to pile fluff freight but clearly not well enough for any real weight.I feel these chairs were a very good buy for the money.

We recently ordered two rosewood chairs to complement a small table that holds a chess set. They are very well-made and match perfectly. They serve well both as seats for the chess table and as additional occasional seating in the living room.

We were very pleased and impressed with the service we received from beginning to end. Right after we placed the order online, we received a call from the China Furniture staff to confirm the order and give us additional information about the delivery. The delivery was also handled very professionally. We received an email with a photos of the packed items with instructions to verify that the package arrived in the same condition as pictured. Indeed, the package arrived as scheduled (with a heads-up call from the drivers 30 minutes before), and they waited while we unpacked and inspected the chairs. They were very securely packed and in perfect condition. After the delivery, we received another call from the company to make sure that the delivery had arrived and that we were satisfied with the chairs.

Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with both the product and service from China Furniture and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again and refer them to others.
