I am very happy to recommend China Furniture and Arts! I was incredibly nervous about purchasing furniture online, as I assumed that the merchandise would be damaged in transit to my home. Because of that fear, I carefully read the comments of previous customers, all of whom commented on the beauty of the products and the incredible manner in which the product was packaged for shipping. It was only because of those comments that I dared to order.

The chest I ordered arrived impeccably packaged. I work in the retail field and have NEVER seen anything packaged so perfectly, layer upon layer of packing and padding. When the chest arrived, I quizzed the trucker about whether anything had been stacked on top of my shipment. His response was quite entertaining: "Are you crazy? Do you see how many stickers are all over that shipment, telling me that it's fragile and not to stack anything on top of it? I would be nuts to do that!"

The chest is beautiful, the quality is wonderful. My entire experience with your company was great, too. We were delighted with the white glove service, delivery, set up and clean up. The two men who provided this service were quick, efficient, and took great care to set it all up with no damage. They polished, shined and even helped straighten up a lampshade. They were careful entering and leaving our home, laid down blankets to protect our floors, cut holes in the media cabinet for cords and stained the fresh cuts, then vacummed. They left a small jar of stain for our future use when we scratch the furniture (which we will, unfortunately). In addition, they arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and took all waste and packing materials with them. They worked safely, as well. Most of all, they were courteous and respectful of each other, us, our home and the furniture they handled.

We adore our bedrom now that it has been completely refurunished with such unique Asian style high-quality art, decor, bed and cabinets. It's well worth the wait!

They said that they had never seen such care in wrapping merchandise in all their career. They even demonstrated the "saran wrapping' by rolling their arms and the cushioning that followed, by holding their arms straight. This was done several times while telling me how many times it was wrapped. They said there was no way a scratch could get on it. They laughed at me jumping up and down and saying how beautiful it is and how lucky I am to have found your company. I pointed out the contrast of the darker grain on the inset of the door with the overall grain of the stand. The incredible artistic placement of the wood grain on the door pulls my other wood furniture together in the room. Fortunately this is NOT the case when purchasing from China Furniture and Arts. The apothecary cabinet we purchased looks EXACTLY like the one shown on line. It came so well wrapped that it took perhaps 45 minutes to cut away the cardboard and styrofoam packing and padding. The freight company that delivered the item was incredibly professional, as well. They called to establish a delivery time, kept to the time frame they specified and were most pleasant to work with. The cabinet sits in our entry hallway and it is just beautiful. I would feel confident referring friends and family to this establishment.

The Ming Coffee Table is simply gorgeous! The quality of construction and the wood is outstanding and everything that we expected and more. The picture on your website perfectly displayed the table and it looks great in our living room.

I was a little concerned about it being shipped, but upon its arrival, my concerns were eliminated. It was shipped on a solid pallet, wrapped in plastic. The table was wrapped in foam, then cardboard, then wrapped, then taped. It took me about 10 minutes to unwrap all of this, to find the table in perfect condition.

Our experience with using China Furniture Online has been perfect. From placing the order, the confirmation, the pre-shipping notification, and the delivery, went perfectly. I would definitely use China Furniture Online again!
