I wanted to let you all know, especially Karen and Lili, that the armoire model MCV01MBG-WG arrived yesterday. It was packed extremely well.

After unpacking it and moving it to our living room, it is a most beautiful piece of furniture-art. It seems to have arrived in perfect condition and I see no damage or problems.

I realize there was some unforeseen delays in our original order of a different model, but you were all kind and considerate to have worked with us in replacing the model that was still on backorder with model MCV01MBG-WG. I had many email exchanges with Karen and Lili, and I appreciate your patience.

In the end, we are very pleased with the model we received and with your customer service. Thank you. Sometimes unforeseen delays happen, especially when transpacific shipping is involved. The seat I ordered for the sitting room came securely boxed in plywood, so there was no chance of damage during shipment. When I opened the package, I was surprised by the lustre of the wood, and the overall quality of the product. The chair is very comfortable, and a person is able to relax in it. The ergonomic back is a great feature, and I highly recommend, based on this experience, any of the products offered from this store. Thank you for such a great piece of furniture.

We definitely had a great experience with China Furniture online. We wanted a formal Chinese bed set. There are very few places in the US that sell authentic Chinese furniture that is reasonable in price. We visited the store in Chicago and were impressed with the quality of the furniture. We eventually called and talked to Lili, who was super helpful in ordering us the complete set of bedroom furniture that we wanted. We got a bed frame with matching side tables, two chairs and a table, display cabinet, and a palace light. Our mattress was quite thick and she was able to make a custom bed frame for us [...] Superb customer service. Definitely a go-to place for Chinese furniture.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the furniture and excellent service service with personal touch.[...]The delivery and white glove service with the first order of 3 pieces of furniture (cabinet, chest and cocktail table) was superb.

On the repeat order, the customer service and assistance by the China Furniture team was superb.[...]local delivery subcontractors were exceedingly nice and their white glove service was excellent. Bottom line, I will remain a repeat customer and will oder again when the need arises--China Furniture sells splendid solid hardwood furniture.

Love my jewelry armoire. It's better than I had expected. The white glove service was excellent. He had it unloaded and unpacked in no time and set up. He was very careful with it and there wasn't a mark or scratch on it. The armoire itself has just the right amount of space for all of my jewelry and it's size itsn't overwhelming in the room.

The friendly and diligent customer service staff helped me understand the unique attributes of the Chinese style wood chest (media stand) I purchased and addressed all of my concerns ranging from wood color to delivery. The helpful staff were accommodating of all of my requests from custom drilling to exact delivery date (during the busy winter holiday season) to upgrading me to white glove delivery service for free! On top of that the delivery arrived within the specified one hour window (unheard of, especially during holiday gridlock in Manhattan) and helped me arrange and clean my new and existing furniture.
I'd like to thank Karen, Yvonne and the super helpful guy who initially called me to introduce the shipping procedure. Their diligent follow up (via email and phone) and helpfulness in satisfying all my demands was above expectation. Thank you for a superb experience - as well as product! The chest arrived perfect and is even more handsome than described. It is a statement piece in our living room and adds cultural sophistication and contrast to our otherwise neutral and modern themed decor.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with the salesmen, Miko. We were looking for a simply elegant look in our small living room. After we decided upon a few pieces. Miko helped to add a few more to round it out. He then went out of his way to set up the individual pieces in the showroom to assure us that our "vision" of the room was as close to actual as possible. When the furniture arrived and we got it set up, the room looked even better than we had originally imagined.
