Today (a Monday and a holiday - Columbus Day ) all went swell.
The chest looks great and your delivery team was excellent. Called us in the morning from Miami and said they would be here in two hours and [...] they were here in two hours. And they got the chest to us, got it in place and took away the wrapping. White glove service indeed.

"Anyway, I cannot be happier with this purchase although I was a little skeptical about getting such an expensive piece of furniture at first. The red lacquered elm wood exudes such a heartwarming aura and commands such a magnificent presence in our living room that we can honestly say we have never been happier to eat or spend time at home. The rusted-gold handles and hinges add a subtle poignancy to the piece that takes one back to ancient times depicted in old-world Chinese films we watch on the 75" flat screen smart TV that sits atop this beauty.
Although getting it uncrated and through the narrow front door we have was no easy task since we opted out of white glove service to save $250, the hard work and effort was totally worth it. Now our home really feels like a home, and not just another temporary living space"

The item was packed very well and the delivery was easy. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and nice that there was no assembly required. The chest I bought from China Furniture and Arts is beautiful. I'd found the website online. My daughter-in-law went to the showroom in Westmont, IL. She told me the piece was "quality", and it is. Miko was very helpful in ordering the piece. It was delivered (white-glove service) after being carefully packed by Garrett and team. Even my husband, who was skeptical of ordering something like this online, is impressed with the chest. My opinion is that China Furniture and Arts sells quality products, is highly customer service oriented, and is as good as their word. One happy customer here.

We knew exactly what Chinese style furniture we required but were unable to source it in Hong Kong or Singapore, other than on a lengthy made to order basis. We found it at China Furniture & Arts via Houzz. It was in stock and half the price quoted for made to order. They made some requested alterations and sourced several overseas shipping quotes. It all arrived in UK on time, well crated and in good condition. It looks stunning in our new home. Couldn't fault any aspect of the transaction and service levels.
