I was looking for a round table to match some existing rosewood furniture that we've had for some years. I found China Furniture & Arts online, and found a table similar to what I wanted. I contacted Lili and asked if I could order the table, but without any Chinese carvings. She said that wasn't a problem. I sent pictures of my existing furniture, and also looked through the furniture on the website, and told Lili which ones seemed to match the finish of my existing furniture best. The table arrived in perfect condition, and is well made, and quite beautiful, as you can see. It is also a very good match for my existing chairs. I could not be happier with my purchase and would not hesitate to order from China Furniture & Arts again.

I am thrilled with the four-drawer file cabinet--elm wood with longevity symbol. [...] it matches my elm wood desk. (I should have bought it a year ago when I first saw it!) It is well-made and beautiful. Note: Not shown in the picture, but the drawer glides are on the the sides of the drawers. The inside drawer measurements are: 13 1/2" wide, 19" deep, and 10 1/2" high. The shipping weight is just under 200 pounds, so one should consider using the white-glove service unless there are others who can unpack and lift the cabinet for you, plus break down and dispose of the pallet and other packing materials. By the way, delivery was fast--within 74 hours.

From the beginning China Furniture and Arts was a pleasant shopping experience. Their selection is very large and when I found what I liked I decided to call rather than order online since I had a couple of questions. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgable and answered all my questions.
To help myself, since I'm not young, I ordered the "White Glove" service. The order came yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the merchandise! It's perfect. Even nicer than it appeared online. The "White Glove" service was indispensable. The order was so carefully packed that it was actually in a wooden crate made for my order.
The delivery went really smoothly and the items are flawless. China Furniture and Arts is very organized regarding payments and communication. I will be buying from them again soon!
