Care

All finishes (including wax and varnish) offer some water resistance, but the painted furniture will not be waterproof. With this in mind, you should use coasters under glasses and clean any spills as soon as you possibly can.Waxes and varnishes will dissolve in alcohol, so in particular avoid any alcohol spills and avoid using cleaning products that contain alcohol. Please bear in mind that certain liquids, especially those with strong staining capabilities, will stain and the mark(s) may be permanent.We advise that you keep your piece of furniture away from extreme temperatures or humidity. Also avoid placement in direct exposure to the sun for prolonged periods of time. Sunlight can cause damage and fading over time.Regular dusting with a slightly damp microfiber cloth will help keep the furniture clean. Make sure the cloth is clean before using, as foreign particles may cause scratching on the surface. It is also recommended to use the microfiber cloth to avoid scratching of the surface and to buff out smears and smudges. If using a damp cloth, always make sure to remove any excess water left behind, as this can damage the finish. For tough grime or grease, a slight amount of mild soap may be used.Do not use any liquid furniture polishes as they may contain dimethazone (a silicone which can cause cracks to appear in the paint). Polish/wax will change the sheen on the finish. It's not recommended to be used unless it is finished in glossy finish.

Delivery

How is my order shipped?
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our warehouse to avoid damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.

Most small packages are shipped via. FedEx or USPS. In most cases, a signature is required for the delivery. Express shipping is available for additional fees. Please contact us for expedited shipping rates to your area.

Large furniture and over-sized packages will be handled by motor freight companies. Each item is crated and transported on skid(s) and delivered to your curbside. You will receive a call from the third party trucking company to make delivery arrangements within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery and pickup by freight companies are made during local normal business hours (excluding holidays). Kindly note that ChinaFurnitureOnline.com contracts only with reliable freight companies over which we have limited control and are not liable for arrangements made between customers and the third party freight company. Rescheduling or missing appointments may result in delays and fees for which we will not be responsible.

What is your return policy?

Take an entire month to live with your purchase to decide if it's right for you. All ChinaFurnitureOnline.com orders may be returned for a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days after the order is delivered. To return an item, simply contact us to obtain a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be processed.

We cannot accept returns for custom/special ordered merchandise.

Returns must be made within 30 days after the order is delivered and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer. What is your refund policy?
Refunds for returned merchandise will be equal to the cost of the merchandise returned less the original shipping charge and restocking fee. Refunds will be issued if and after the returned merchandise arrives at our warehouse undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.
