Proper care can guarantee that the finish will last a long time. The lacquer used for oriental wood furniture and decor is a durable finish that is generally low maintenance. Regular dusting with a slightly damp microfiber cloth will help keep it clean. Make sure the cloth is clean before using, as foreign particles may cause scratching on the surface. It is also recommended to use the microfiber cloth to avoid scratching of the surface and to buff out smears and smudges. If using a damp cloth, always make sure to remove any excess water left behind, as this can damage the finish.During dry seasons (typically winter), you may use wood oil on the undersides of furniture to help protect the wood.
Avoid placement in direct exposure to the sun for prolonged periods of time. Sunlight can cause damage and fading over time.
Delivery
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our warehouse to avoid damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.This item is shipped via third party trucking carrier within 3-10 business days. The delivery agent will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment arrives into the local delivery terminal. The tracking information will be sent to you when your order ships. A signature is required for the delivery. Please contact us for additional comments on shipping or delivery.
We have 3 shipping options available for you to select:
Curbside Delivery(view visual)
Most economical and basic delivery method. Shipment will be delivered to the end of the driveway near the curb. If there is no driveway, it will be delivered to the closest sidewalk/passageway near the curb where the truck will be parked for delivery.
Threshold Delivery(view visual)
Shipment will be delivered into the garage or to the front door as long as there are no steps leading to the door, otherwise it can be left in front of the steps near the front door. Shipment will be delivered into the lobby for apartments that have a lobby.
White Glove Delivery(view visual)
Residential Home: Premium delivery to the ground floor with 2-man uncrating, unpacking, inside placement with room of choice and debris removal.
Commercial High-Rise Apartment/Condo Buildings: Premium delivery to your apartment/condo unit with 2-man uncrating, unpacking, inside placement with room of choice and debris removal. Delivery team must have access to an elevator to reach your unit. Any stairs involved may require an additional delivery fee.
Please inspect the package for visible damage before the carrier leaves. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please mark on the Proof of Delivery (delivery receipt) "damaged" before signing. We may not be able to process a damage claim without the Proof of Delivery marked "damaged".

Take an entire month to live with your purchase to decide if it's right for you. All ChinaFurnitureOnline.com orders may be returned for a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days after the order is delivered. To return an item, simply contact us to obtain a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be processed.
We cannot accept returns for custom/special ordered merchandise.

Returns must be made within 30 days after the order is delivered and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise arrives to our warehouse undamaged in its original condition and original packaging.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds for returned merchandise will be equal to the cost of the merchandise returned less the original shipping charge and restocking fee. Refunds will be issued if and after the returned merchandise arrives at our warehouse undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.
Deposits for custom/special orders are non-refundable.
