Care
Never clean jade with abrasive cleaners or solutions, they likely contain chemicals that can cause harm. Regular cleaning can be done with a dry or damp microfiber cloth. Use a mild soap for especially grimy areas, and also use a soft bristled brush for hard to reach areas. Never fully immerse the jade in water, this is unnecessary. If cleaning with water, make sure to remove any excess moisture left behind. Handling the jade and touching it can actually be beneficial. The oil from skin is good for jade and can help to increase its luster.
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun as this can alter the color of the jade. Also prevent the jade from forcefully bumping into hard surfaces, this can damage the interior structure.
Delivery
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our warehouse to avoid damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.
This item is shipped via third party trucking carrier within 3-10 business days. The delivery agent will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment arrives into the local delivery terminal. The tracking information will be sent to you when your order ships. We have 3 shipping options available for you to select:
Most economical and basic delivery method. Shipment will be delivered to the end of the driveway near the curb. If there is no driveway, it will be delivered to the closest sidewalk/passageway near the curb where the truck will be parked for delivery.
Shipment will be delivered into the garage or to the front door as long as there are no steps leading to the door, otherwise it can be left in front of the steps near the front door. Shipment will be delivered into the lobby for apartments that have a lobby.
Residential Home: Premium delivery to the ground floor with 2-man uncrating, unpacking, inside placement with room of choice and debris removal.
Commercial High-Rise Apartment/Condo Buildings: Premium delivery to your apartment/condo unit with 2-man uncrating, unpacking, inside placement with room of choice and debris removal. Delivery team must have access to an elevator to reach your unit. Any stairs involved may require an additional delivery fee.
Please inspect the package for visible damage before the carrier leaves. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please mark on the Proof of Delivery (delivery receipt) "damaged" before signing. We may not be able to process a damage claim without the Proof of Delivery marked "damaged".

Take an entire month to live with your purchase to decide if it's right for you. All ChinaFurnitureOnline.com orders may be returned for a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days after the order is delivered. To return an item, simply
contact us to obtain a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be processed.
We cannot accept returns for custom/special ordered merchandise.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be equal to the cost of the merchandise returned less the original shipping charge and restocking fee. Refunds will be issued if and after the returned merchandise arrives at our warehouse undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.
