Carved from a single root of aromatic cedar, this sculpture depicts a standing Budai holding a gold nugget. In Chan Buddhism, Budai, or the Happy Buddha, is the Bodhisattva of the future. He is associated with happiness, wealth and innocent contented joy. The Happy Buddha is always depicted with a jubilant smile and a round prosperous belly. The stroking of Buddha's belly is said to signify bountiful wealth and fortune. Believed to bring luck, the laughing Buddha must always be invited into his new home, resulting in positive Chi in return.
Hand-carved by a Chinese artisan with intricate details, this wooden sculpture is a one-of-a-kind work of art to be collected. Display it on a mantle or a tabletop to bring home a touch of Zen and an Asian flair.
Care
Please note that this product has an antiqued finish and any cleaning could alter its appearance and the patina on the product. Do not use damp cloth or any liquid to clean the patina earthware. ?A feather duster is recommended.

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our warehouse to avoid damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.
Most small packages are shipped via. FedEx or USPS. In most cases, a signature is required for the delivery. Express shipping is available for additional fees. Please

Large furniture and over-sized packages will be handled by motor freight companies. Each item is crated and transported on skid(s) and delivered to your curbside. You will receive a call from the third party trucking company to make delivery arrangements within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped.
Delivery and pickup by freight companies are made during local normal business hours (excluding holidays). Kindly note that ChinaFurnitureOnline.com contracts only with reliable freight companies over which we have limited control and are not liable for arrangements made between customers and the third party freight company. Rescheduling or missing appointments may result in delays and fees for which we will not be responsible.

Take an entire month to live with your purchase to decide if it's right for you. All ChinaFurnitureOnline.com orders may be returned for a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days after the order is delivered. To return an item, simply
contact us to obtain a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be processed.
We cannot accept returns for custom/special ordered merchandise.
