Beautiful fishbowl cachepots such as this were once used in Chinese courts as a way to care for koi fish in harsh winters. Frequently ornated with charming motifs, these cachepots now serve as exciting ways to give your indoor plants a place to call home.
This octagonal porcelain fishbowl planter features an alternating painted Japanese 'Yosegi' pattern across its facade. The planter's eight inner walls and bottom feature exquisitely painted koi fish and kelp. A matching koi fish scale border adorns the planter's opening completing its overall look.

Care
Always remember that porcelain and other types of ceramics are delicate and fragile, so careful maintenance is important. Dust can be removed with a microfiber cloth. Warm water combined with mild soap may also be used to remove smears, finger prints, and other grime. Make sure not to use hot water, as this can cause damage. You may also use a soft bristled brush to clean tiny crevices.
