Care
If possible, always keep bronze and similar metal materials in ventilated areas away from excessive heat or humidity. For regular cleaning, use a damp microfiber cloth making sure to remove any excess water or moisture left behind. For crevices and areas that are tough to get to, use a soft bristled brush.
It is natural for a greenish patina to develop on bronze over time. This is a result of a natural oxidation process as the bronze is exposed to the environment. Occasional application (1-2 times per year) of WD-40 can help prolong this process.
Delivery
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our warehouse to avoid damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.
This item is shipped via third party trucking carrier within 3-10 business days. The delivery agent will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment arrives into the local delivery terminal. The tracking information will be sent to you when your order ships. We have 3 shipping options available for you to select:
Most economical and basic delivery method. Shipment will be delivered to the end of the driveway near the curb. If there is no driveway, it will be delivered to the closest sidewalk/passageway near the curb where the truck will be parked for delivery.
Shipment will be delivered into the garage or to the front door as long as there are no steps leading to the door, otherwise it can be left in front of the steps near the front door. Shipment will be delivered into the lobby for apartments that have a lobby.
Premium delivery to the ground floor with 2-man uncrating, unpacking, inside placement with room of choice and debris removal.
Please inspect the package for visible damage before the carrier leaves. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please mark on the Proof of Delivery (delivery receipt) "damaged" before signing. We may not be able to process a damage claim without the Proof of Delivery marked "damaged".

Take an entire month to live with your purchase to decide if it's right for you. All ChinaFurnitureOnline.com orders may be returned for a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days after the order is delivered. To return an item, simply
contact us to obtain a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be processed.
We cannot accept returns for custom/special ordered merchandise.
